Terms of Service

The rules for using Flexiwind and buying a Pro plan, in plain language. By creating an account or paying, you agree to them.

The service

Flexiwind is a collection of Blade and Livewire components, blocks and templates for Laravel. The open source part is available to everyone under the terms published with it in our public repository. Flexiwind Pro is the paid part: extra components, blocks and templates, installed with our command line tool or read through our MCP server, and the website features that go with them.

These terms are between you and Flexiwind ("we", "us"), and cover the website, the CLI registry, the MCP server and your account. Your rights over the code itself are in the Flexiwind Pro License, which is part of these terms.

Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Whoever can read that mailbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure.
  • Give us an email address you control. One account belongs to one person: do not share it.
  • CLI tokens are personal. Keep them out of public repositories and chats. If a token leaks, revoke it from your account straight away.
  • You are responsible for what is done with your account and tokens until you revoke them or tell us they were compromised.
  • You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a contract. If you buy for a company, you confirm you may bind it.

Plans and payment

  • Solo (annual) gives one person access to Pro and its updates for one year from the payment. It does not renew by itself: when the year ends you can buy again.
  • Solo Lifetime and Team Lifetime are a single payment. "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer Flexiwind Pro; it does not mean your lifetime. If we ever stop offering it we will give reasonable advance notice, and the code you already installed stays yours to use under the License.
  • A single template can also be bought on its own, without a plan. You pay on Chariow's page and download the ZIP there, right after paying. No account on this site is needed, and it does not give you access to anything else in Pro. A plan includes every Pro template, so you do not need to buy them separately.
  • The price you see on the checkout page is the price you pay, in the currency shown. Prices on the site do not include taxes that apply where you live unless they say so; any tax due is shown during payment.
  • Payment is handled by Chariow, a third-party payment platform, on its own payment page and under its own terms. We never receive your card or mobile-money details.
  • Your plan becomes active when Chariow confirms the payment to us, usually within seconds. Returning from the payment page does not by itself activate anything. If a confirmed payment is not reflected after a few minutes, contact support with the email you used.
  • We may change prices and plans for future purchases. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

Refunds

If Flexiwind Pro is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the plan in full to the payment method you used, through Chariow. Write to hello@contact.unoforge.com from your account email. After a refund your Pro access and license end, and tokens stop working. For a single template bought on its own, write to us with the Chariow receipt: the same period applies, and after the refund the license to that template ends.

Refunds outside that period are at our discretion, for example when something we offered does not work as described and we cannot fix it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including any right of withdrawal that cannot be waived.

Team plans

  • The person who buys a Team plan is its owner. The plan includes the number of seats shown at purchase, owner included.
  • The owner invites people by email. An invitation can only be accepted by the address it was sent to, with that person's own account. Each member has their own sign-in and their own CLI tokens.
  • The owner can free a seat at any time. The person removed loses access and their tokens are revoked immediately; the seat can then go to someone else.
  • The owner is responsible for who holds a seat and for members' compliance with these terms and the License. A seat is for a named person, not for a shared login.
  • If the plan ends or is refunded, access ends for every seat.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share your account or tokens, or let someone else use a seat;
  • try to get Pro code without a plan that covers you, or get around the access checks, rate limits or security of the service;
  • scrape, mirror or bulk-download the registry beyond what normal installing involves;
  • overload, probe or attack the service, or use it to harm others;
  • use the service in breach of the law, or break the License.

We apply rate limits to the CLI and the API. If a token or address looks abused, we may block it temporarily to protect the service.

License to the code

Paying for a plan gives you a license to use the Pro code in your projects, including client work. What you may and may not do with it, how updates work, and what happens when a plan ends, is in the Flexiwind Pro License. We keep ownership of Flexiwind and its content; nothing in these terms transfers it to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, improve or remove components and features, and we may change these terms. When a change matters we update the date at the top and tell account holders by email. If you disagree with a change to the terms you can stop using the service; changes never reduce the license you already hold on code you downloaded.

Ending your access

  • You can stop using Flexiwind at any time. To delete your account and data, write to us from your account email; see the Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the License, if a payment is reversed or charged back, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue (the License on code already downloaded, liability, and disputes) survive the end of your access.

Warranty and liability

Flexiwind is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is free of bugs, suits your particular project, or will work with every version of the tools it relies on. You are responsible for testing the code before you ship it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost data or lost business, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits the rights you have as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Flexiwind is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country. Before going to court, please write to us: most problems are quicker to solve that way.
