In short
| Yes | Use Pro components, blocks and templates in unlimited personal and commercial projects: websites, SaaS products, internal tools, client projects. Change them however you want. No attribution needed. |
|---|---|
| No | Resell, share or publish the Pro source itself: as a component library, UI kit, template, starter kit, gist, public repository or anything similar where others can take the code out and use it. |
| Seats | Solo covers one named person. Team covers the number of named seats on the plan, each with their own account. |
This license applies to the code you get through a paid Flexiwind Pro plan, installed with the CLI, read through the MCP server or copied from the site while signed in with a plan. It is part of our Terms of Service.
What you can do
With an active plan, Flexiwind grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:
- download, install and modify the Pro code;
- use it, as is or modified, in any number of projects, personal or commercial, including projects you build for clients and projects you sell or give away as finished products (a website, an app, a SaaS);
- ship the compiled result, the rendered pages and the Blade views your project needs to run, to your own users, as part of that product.
You do not owe us royalties and you do not need to credit us.
What you cannot do
You may not:
- redistribute the Pro source, original or modified, on its own or bundled in a way that lets others extract and reuse it: in a UI kit, component library, template pack, starter kit, boilerplate, course material, marketplace listing, plugin or package;
- publish it in a public repository, gist, forum post, chat, screenshot of the code or any other place that people without a plan can read;
- sublicense, lend, rent or sell your access or the code;
- share your account or CLI tokens, or let anyone outside your seats pull the code through them;
- use the Pro code to build a product whose main purpose is to compete with Flexiwind, or to produce a substitute for it;
- remove copyright and license notices from the files that carry them.
An open-source project you maintain counts as a public repository: you cannot put Pro code in it. A private repository for your own project, or your client's, is fine.
Who is covered
- Solo and Solo Lifetime cover the one person whose account holds the plan.
- Team Lifetime covers the owner and the other people who hold a seat, up to the number of seats on the plan. Each person uses their own account and their own CLI tokens. A seat is for a named person; it can be reassigned when someone leaves, but not shared or rotated between people to get around the limit.
- Contractors working only on your projects need a seat if they install or handle the Pro source themselves.
Need more seats than a plan offers, or a different arrangement? Write to hello@contact.unoforge.com and we will set up a custom license.
A single template
Some Pro templates can be bought on their own on Chariow, without a plan. That purchase comes with the same license as above, for that template only: unlimited projects, client work included, no redistribution of the source, one named person (the buyer) covered. It lasts for good. You get the version you downloaded when you paid. We may offer later versions to buyers, but a single purchase does not include updates and does not give access to the CLI, the registry or other Pro items. A Pro plan includes every template, with its updates.
Updates and plan end
- While your plan is active you can install any Pro item and get its updates. Lifetime plans stay active for as long as we offer Flexiwind Pro; the annual plan stays active for one year from the payment.
- When a plan ends, you keep the right to use, in your projects, all the Pro code you downloaded while it was active, including the versions you modified, for as long as you like. You can no longer install new items or get updates, and the CLI and MCP server stop serving Pro code to your account.
- Buying a new plan restores access to the catalogue and updates.
Client work
You may deliver a project that contains Pro code to your client. The client may use that code only as part of the delivered project, and may modify it for that project. The client does not receive the right to extract the Pro code and reuse it elsewhere: a client who wants to build with Flexiwind Pro in other projects needs their own plan.
The free components
The open-source Flexiwind components, available in the public repository, are not covered by this license. They come with the license published there, and nothing here restricts what that license lets you do.
Ownership and warranty
Flexiwind keeps all rights in Flexiwind Pro that this license does not grant. Code you write yourself, and the products you build, remain yours. The Pro code is provided "as is", without warranty; the limits of liability in the Terms of Service apply.
When the license ends
The license continues as described above unless you seriously break it, or the purchase is refunded or charged back. In those cases the license on the code ends, and you must stop using it in new releases and delete it from your own repositories and machines. Before taking that step for a breach we will tell you what we found and give you a reasonable chance to put it right.
